Halloween is almost here!
As children prance around in their costumes and become enamored with spooky decor, they may lose sight of the importance of keeping their safety at the forefront. To help keep your little ones safe on All Hallows’ Eve, we wanted to share some tips from the Center for Disease Control.
In addition, the Center for Disease Control provides a fun printout that you and your child can complete together before embarking on your trick or treat journey.
Halloween also provides a great opportunity for physical activity and a chance to trade those sugary sweets for a healthy treat. Keep in mind that there are some children who may not be able to indulge in a sweet treat, so keeping a healthy alternative on hand could make a difference.
